Alexander Ihebuzor, MSc – Vice Chairman/HR Director

Mr. Ihebuzor specializes in providing recruitment service to small and medium sized businesses, including business start-up advice, business planning, and obtaining finance for new ventures.

He started his career by working as an HR Intern for UNICEF (Nigeria) in 2003 before relocating to the UK. While there, he worked for Raiden Accounting as a Recruitment Consultant before joining Crave Outsourcing (UK) in March 2009 to help grow the recruitment service division of the business which he did successfully.

He has worked for several companies like Pitney Bowes, Retail Consessions, BUPA Home Healthcare, Abellio Greater Anglia, Marks & Spenser, Alchemy Recruitment, Global Consultants, and recently Ocado.

He has over 5 years experience in recruitment and graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Business Management with Human Resources Management and also holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from University of Hertfordshire.

He loves to play rugby.
